Marina Taleysnik

Owner, Director, Script Writer

Marina is passionate about theater from early childhood. She was active participant in school drama group and played in few successful school productions.

During college years majoring in childhood education, Marina participated in college Comedy Club productions (KVN). As energetic member of Betar movement, she mastered organizational skills and became popular leader in the community.

After immigration to United States, Marina continues personal and professional development. Working for Sears Corporation, running daycare and managing healthcare practices were important steps in realizing her dream of owning business, interacting with children and being part of artistic circle.

“Bravo” Theater is a result of long journey, community of all people who value Russian language and culture.

Nona Zeks

Voice Instructor

Nona graduated from Lviv State Music College. At age 15, became soloist of jazz orchestra "Free Ukraine" in Lviv, Ukraine. Directed jazz vocal - instrumental trio, musical piece of theater House of Scientists, the vocal group song and dance ensemble “MAZLTOV“ (Lviv). Winner of statewide review of creative youth devoted to 40th victory anniversary in WWII.

Upon arriving to United States, continued vocal education at Northwestern University (Class of Professor Noll). Became lead vocals and piano instructor at the evening department of EVANSTON TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL. Assisted “Speech Pathology” office at North Shore Hospital.

Eleonora Sarumova

Choreographer

Eleonora has more than 20 years of experience teaching choreography. She earned Choreographer’s Certificate in 1995 from Gurgian School of Art and Latin Dance Teacher Certificate from Association of International Latin Dance in 2000. Proficient in various dance styles: modern, ballet, jazz, folk, hip hop, rhythmic and musical theater.

Winner of numerous prestigious awards:

  • GOLDEN PALMIRA International Competition 2012 ~ 1st Place Winner
  • NEW BREATH Competition awards 2006 ~ Best Modern Dance Choreographer Hip Hop Dance and Ballet Choreographer 2nd place 
  • NEW BREATH Competition awards 2005 ~ Best Modern Dance Choreographer Hip Hop Dance and Classical Choreographer 2nd place

Ed Taleysnik

Ed obtained B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.

When asked why he continues to get involved into volunteering work, he responded that theater brings so much joy to all involved, that is well worth cause to help and support.
