Acro that gets applause.

Acro skills feature prominently in Bravo's musicals and showcases. A well-timed walkover in the middle of a chorus number gets the loudest cheer of the night.

— Frequently asked

Questions about acro at Bravo.

01Is acro safe?
Yes, when taught well. All progressions are mat-based, skills are spotted, and students only attempt advanced moves when foundations are solid.
02Does my child need to be flexible already?
No. We build flexibility through class — it's part of what acro teaches.
03Can a gymnast take acro?
Absolutely. Many of our acro students come from gymnastics and find the artistic side here.
04What should my child wear?
Leotard or fitted top, fitted shorts or leggings, bare feet. No jewelry. Hair pulled back.
